Young Professionals Induction Program (YPIP) --8th Batch

The Young Professionals Induction Program (YPIP) is an exciting program which is specifically designed for highly motivated and skilled individuals in the areas of:

  • Public Administration,
  • Accounting,
  • Human Resource, and
  • Agriculture.

Qualification:

  • Master or Bachelor Degree with 16 years of education from HEC Recognized universities/institutes or reputable foreign universities.
  • GPA Requirement: 
    • Minimum 2.5 out of 4.0 or 3.5 out of 5.0 CGPA
  • Age Limit: 
    • Maximum 26 Years 
    • Relaxed by 3 years for FATA/GB/Balochistan/Azad Jammu & Kashmir
    • Relaxed by 5 years for existing employees of SBP

Compensation and Benefits:

  • During Training
    • Stipend Rs. 41,000 per month with free boarding and lodging and medical facility
  • After Appointment to OG-2:
    • Monthly salary of Rs. 82, 000 with all other allowances like mobile, medical and others.

Selection:

  • Online Application --> Submission of Application through surface mail --> Written Test --> Medical Fitness Examination --> Offer for training to selected candidates --> Panel Interview   --> Screening and Shortlisting --> 12-Weeks Training --> Offer of OG-2

  • Fill the form and take print along with deposit fee slip of Rs. 300/- at designated banks of ABL/HBL/MCB/MBL
  • Send Application Form along with original NTS copy of deposit slip to Senior Joint Director, Talent Resourcing Division, Human Resource Management Department, SBP Banking Services Corporation, State Bank of Pakistan, I. I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi by April 15, 2019. Mark the envelope with the position applied for.
