Iftar Food Culture

Iftar  ( Arabic :  إفطار ‎‎)   is the time of meal when Muslims end their daily Ramazan fast. Different countries have different culture to arrange food for the Iftar. 1. Afghanistan : Iftar mainly include  the traditional dates, shorwa (soup),  kebabs , du piyaza (meat stewed in an onion-based sauce),    kabuli palaw , and rice, as well as other dishes. Afghans also have an extensive range of sweet dishes and desserts. 2.
